 WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

The Businessman and Executive collections are powered by the long-lasting and reliable Japanese Citizen Miyota Movement.

 ARE MODASI WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Please avoid all contact with water, as WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. All watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing. 

 WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?

All straps are made of genuine grade leather. The Executive collection is styled with genuine Italian leather.

 WHAT IS THE CRYSTAL MADE OF?

All watches are protected by a high-quality curved sapphire crystal and coated with anti-reflective finishing. 

 DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES IF I'M OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Yes.

 DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY?

MODASI, belonging to Nawa Life, LLC in Houston, Texas 77007, U.S.A. (“MODASI”) warrants the MODASI-branded watches and any accompanying accessories of the same brand contained in the original packaging (“MODAS”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). MODASI’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, color fastness, and any other sign of aging, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that is sold independently from MODASI; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the MODASI product outside MODASI's care instructions; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and servicing) performed by anyone who is not a representative of MODASI; (g) to an MODASI product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of MODASI; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the MODASI Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the MODASI Product; or (j) if MODASI receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen, or you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
